kdm shutdown- other sessions

Hello. My parents make me quickly turn off my comp every night, which isn't a problem, just hit kickoff->shutdown. But the thing is, when I have tty2 open to run a console session, or if someone is on by ssh, KDE (4.3.2) makes a big show of logging off, but when it does log off, I have to hit a dialog (these users are still logged on). I was wondering if I could just turn that message off. If so, how?

just logoff other sessions too, otherwise check if there is an option at that message has "never ask this prompt".

You can switch between other sessions , using Alt + Ctrl + F[7,8 ..]

That gets harder when people are logged on over ssh.

Did you try at a console
Code:

shutdown -h now
?

I could do that, but I would prefer to have a shutdown button that worked the way it was designed.

That I can understand. I just intended to enable you to comply with your parent's directive ;).

What is the command then, which is coded as action of your "kickoff->shutdown" button?
