MockieMoo LQ Newbie Registered: Mar 2004 Distribution: Slackware 10.0 Posts: 22 Rep:	kdm login problems I just installed X and kdm, but when I type in my username and password to log in, the screen goes blank momentarily, then spits me back out to kdm login screen. Kdm does this when I try to log in to either KDE or Fluxbox; it logs into failsafe just fine, though. The terminal gives me no apparent error messages. How do I fix this so I can log in?
