KDE3.1-Konqueror FileManager settings

Hi:

After upgrading from RHAT8 KDE to KDE3.1.org binaries, I found I can't access several KDE settings. (Probably because of RHat KDE tweaking)

I want to:

- Change my filenames font size on the right panel (the one showing files inside actual directory) and
- Remove underlining from filenames.

but I've got no available menu option in Konqueror. ("Fonts" does not apply that "half" of the app).
As suggested in several webpages I've searched under "Look&Feel" menus with no success, and neither "Config Desktop" nor "KDE Control Center" show an apropiate menu/panel option.

Any clue of which file to modify for getting this settings changed?

(Something like:
file_manager_font_size = 7
filemanager_underline = 1
or whatever...)

Thanks in advance.
