Good morning, fellows. KDE has been showing me this message at start-up. This text keeps in my desktop: (freely translated from Portuguese)
unable to create io-slave. Klauncher said: unknown protocol 'search'
Successive updates of my PCLinuxOS did not solve that. It doesn't affect my work so far (perhaps searches in Dolphin, I don't know, because that is becoming annoying itself).
apt-get update --fix-missing also didn't change that.
Any clues? Thanks!
Sorry for the delay in my answer. Thar PC is at work. Yes, those packages are installed, and the error persists. System is up to date (rolling release).
I hope I don't have to install it again. PCLinuxOS installation is super easy and fast, however... I wish I don't, right now.
