KDE Kpanel on top of screen
In Windows XP, I have the quick-launch toobar on the top of the screen and the taskbar at the bottom of the screen. I really like this arrangement. Is there a way to do this in KDE?

OK, it seems easy to be achieved. However my KDE language is currently not english, so it will be somewhat difficult to explain you. Right click on the system panel (next to the task lists) and choose add -> system panel, from this menu select the fourth element from up to down. This will add a panel at the bottom of the screen. Then add a quick launcher to it and if you want, make the top panel small and expandable on demand. I am sorry if the menu names are incorrect but this is because i m using KDE translation.
