KDE Kicker Border. Don't want it!

under "look & feel" you can use a tileable png image for the background of your kicker panel, I got a screenshot of windows XP off deskmod.com and made a 1 pixel in width by however high it was and used it as tiled bg for my kicker panel, thing is, it's not showing the entire image and is shows this 1,2(?) pixel thick border around the entire kicker.

Anyway to get rid of that border? I've seen it been done with other themes but I'd like to know where that setting is located.

Thanks
Ben.
