kde icons

Hi, Im looking for a specific Icon set. I can't seem to find it on KDE Look.com. but if you can help me, I will be ever so thankfull.
Here is a link to an idea of what im looking for. Its the tux and igloo icon that you can see here in this screenshot.

The igloo is from the crystal icon theme by everaldo.

on a side note, anyone know what that disk usage monitor is?
