KDE icon order + system monitor
Hi all.
I have a couple KDE related questions. Is there any way to change the order of the desktop icons? What I mean is to have the Home icon first when I sort by name, like in Gnome. Also I've seen some screenshots where there is a program runing on the desktop that displays system state. How do I get this on my desktop? Debian Sarge - KDE 3.3 See this screenshot for what I'm talking about: ->vivaolinux.com.br/screenshots/verScreenshot.php?codigo=3391 Thanks. |
You can simply drag the icons to where you want to place them on your desktop. As for the program you mentioned, I think it's superkaramba, you can get it as well as it's themes from kde-look.

Yes that would be the program. Now I get to search around KDE-Look and find some neat themes. Thanks! :)

Karamba seems to shut itself down after 30 min or so. How can I keep it running forever? Also, I checked the FAQ about auto starting it when you first boot. I did what it said but it doesn't seem to work. Does anyone else have Karamba start at boot time?
