Question KDE error


Hi all,

Could enyone please tell me what does this mean:

mimename=application/octet-stream
knoda: symbol lookup error: knoda: undefined symbol: _ZN11KMainWindow7setIconERK7QPixmap
This strange error accures whel I'm trying to start Knoda. This happend befor with quite a fiew KDE apps... So, is there a way to cure this propblem?

How did you install Knoda? RPM? Deb? or just compiled it yourself... this is a very very common sort of error which comes when the program is trying to access libraries which are not of the same version.
For eg. Say Knoda requires kdelibs3.3 and you still are running 3.2 this would be the case.
Try looking for all the dependencies for Knoda and make sure you are running the latest version (or atleast the required version)
