KDE equivalent of nautilus scripts?

I'm a long time GNOME user considering a switch to KDE. Can anyone tell me if there's anything in Konqueror equivalent to Nautilus scripts? What I'm looking for is the ability to select files in the file manager and then run a script on the files.

I did do a search, but unfortunately all of the tems I could come up with were too broad and left me with a brazillion results, none of which helped.

You can create your own service menus and attach shell scripts or perl or python or any other scripting language to them. Here is a tutorial explaining how to do it.
