KDE Desktop clock

Hi all,

I'd like to have a desktop clock in one corner of a KDE desktop. With Windowmaker I use the simple oclock that I can color with the -fg and -bg siwtches and resize using Windowmaker.

Thing is with KDE, it seemingly is not possible to resize the clock. What would be the mouse/key combination to resize oclock ?

Thnaks.

You should look at installing karamba or superkaramba. If you go to www.kde-look.org, you will see numerous desktop applets for karamba, including various clocks that you can position on your desktop.

Does anyone know of a good, digital, non-karamba desktop clock for kde? superkaramba started freezing kde, so I stopped using it (ubuntu 8.04). Not really interested in spending a lot of time trouble shooting it if I can replace it. For now if I start gworldclock it provides a clock as what appears to be part of a set up dialogue which is fine functionally, but leaves something to be desired aesthetically.

To the original poster, if you like oclock you can find out how to change its dimensions by typing oclock --help at the command line.
