Question kde 3.1binary mcopidl... not fount

i recently tried to install a program for uml modeling, when i ./configure
i get an error about a missing file .. mcopidl, i found on the net some similar problems for a lot of other programs, according to the kde forums, it's a bug in the arts package and the missing file would be in the arts-devel package, i found lots of site with the arts-devel RPM but not the tar.gz nor .tgz .. i run slackware 9.0, someone knows a site where i could find it in the right package format ?

configure error:

checking for dcopidl2cpp... /opt/kde/bin/dcopidl2cpp
checking for mcopidl... not found
configure: error: The important program mcopidl was not found!
Please check whether you installed KDE correctly.
