KDE 3.1 thru apt4rpm

Heya,

i want to install KDE 3.1, but I want apt to do it for me. I tried apt-get upgrade kde, but it doesn't even parse the kde, it just wants to upgrade everything. I also tried apt-get distro-upgrade, but I get the same results as with the previous command, a whole lot of uprgadin' without even touching the kde.

So how do I do it?
