KDE 3.1 Screen Saver Problems

Hi there,

Recently, Iīve installed KDE 3.1 via APT in Red Hat 8.0. Everything works fine. Itīs stable and fast, but right now Iīm having an annoying problem with the screensaver:

Sometimes it works after the time I put it to start, and sometimes it doesnīt. I havenīt changed anything on the system. When I select another screensaver, It works for a while and then, for a mysterious reason, it stops working again.

Any ideas on this?

Cheers.
