i'm back again in this wonderful forum for some help..

I've finally update my kde interface from 2.1 to the latest 3.1.0.
I've installed the entire package from source.

I'm happy to have finally installed it but i have some problem:

1) On the starting process i get a kcminit crash, i can't save the detail of it.
2) After going over the first crash, kde go ahead with the loading process, so i get another crash: Kde panel(kicker) receive a SIGSEGV signal. These are the details:

3) once i'm inside kde, i cant see the application bar. When i start konqueror i get another little error:

library file libkonqtree.la not found in the path.

It is in the /opt/kde/lib/kde2 directory...
