kde 3.0.5a @ debian woody

hi,
i want to install kde 3.0.5a on my debian woody (kernel 2.4). so i added
"deb ftp://gd.tuwien.ac.at/z4/hci/kde/sta.../Debian/woody/ ./"
to my /etc/apt/sources.list and after doing "apt-get update" i tried to install kde with "apt-get install kdebase". the download started and i got about 15mb of packages when apt-get produced an error:
Quote:
Get:1 ftp://gd.tuwien.ac.at ./ libqt3 2:3.0.5-4 [2475kB]
Err ftp://gd.tuwien.ac.at ./ libqt3 2:3.0.5-4
Unable to fetch file, server said 'Failed to open file. '
the readme file on the server says:
Quote:
Debian 3.0 (woody) Packages:
---------------------------

For woody, KDE 3.0.5a packages have been build; with the following exceptions:

qt3 - links to the version of qt-3.0.5-4 in the 3.0.5/Debian/woody
directory in the repository

kde-i18n - links to the version of kde-i18n in the 3.0.5/Debian/woody
directory in the repository

Both package directories are made available though the latest/Debian/woody apt-get line
for /etc/apt/sources.list for easier installation.
so this seems to be an instruction how to work around the problem. but what exactly do i have to do? i am relatively new to linux and i have no idea

greets, Stefan

thx, but i solved the problem:
i used the extra-cd1, including kde 3.x and gnome2. i just removed the old kde with "apt-get remove kde", then added the cdrom to sources.list via "apt-cdrom add" and then installed kde 3.x with "apt-get install kdebase".
