Kazehakase crashing

Does anybody else get this when trying to open a page in kazehakase? The program launches fine, but then when I point it to a url, it dies with this error message:

Code:

(kazehakase:8530): Kazehakase-CRITICAL **: kz_notebook_get_sibling_tab_label: assertion `KZ_IS_TAB_LABEL(label)' failed
Segmentation fault

I get this with kazehakase-5.0 and with kazehakase-4.9. I'm running Arch Linux with Kdemod, but the same thing happens when I run fluxbox.
Thanks for any help. I'm wanting to take a break from Firefox.

kazehakase-5.0 has not been released, the latest version is 0.5.0
http://sourceforge.jp/frs/index.php?...elease_id=2211
... guessing this means pre-beta, so you can expect funny problems. There are a lot of bugs yet, but it looks like it's going to be cool.

kazehakase needs firefox/mozilla packages to function properly. The error message you posted is not the only one you get presented with is it?

Just installed Kazehakase on my up-to-date Arch box, no issues running it at all. I would start by removing ~/.kazehakase and trying again.

You're right. In my haste I got the version numbers wrong. I've been using kazehakase off and on for a couple of years, so it's been in development for a while. It's only recently that I've encountered this problem.

There was in fact a string of these:
Code:

(kazehakase:7605): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_widget_get_pointer: assertion `GTK_IS_WIDGET (widget)' failed
but others have reported this and it hasn't been a showstopper for them.

Following your suggestion, I deleted all directories associated with kazehakase and reinstalled. Still no go.

Thanks to you both for your suggestions, though.
