Well, I don't know. Sources seem to be conflicting on what is actually being monitered, but it looks as if the Gnutella network may be included there after all. Kazaa just always gets the most attention...

I know it really sucks, but if you don't share there is nothing for them to catch you at. I haven't started not sharing yet, but if more research gives me reason to be worried I may have to :(
