kaudiocreator and album replaygain

Hello,

Does anyone know if, when encoding to flac with kaudiocreator, the album replaygain gets set correctly? I mean, if kaudiocreator calls flac separately to encode each song as soon as it is ripped how can flac know that all the songs belong to one album?

I tried to go to settings and set "Number of wav files to encode at a time" to 20, but it starts encoding as soon as the first song is ripped anyway.

Thanks!

Jørgen

"Then on the main window, tell it what device your ripping from. (possibly /dev/cdrom or /dev/hdc or /dev/hdd) It should automagically open the CD's playlist. And at this time it will attempt to query CDDB for track and album (etc) information."

Thank you for your reply bosewicht, but I'm not sure how that helps me. I have no problem ripping CD's, setting all song tags etc., I would just like to confirm that ripping a CD to flac using kaudiocreator sets the 'album replaygain' to the correct value, not just the song repalygain.

Cheers
Jørgen
