Kate Problems
 

I'm running Xubuntu 7.1. I'm looking for the a good text(java) editor. Kate is the best one I've come across so far. I installed however my terminal emulater embedded in Kate doesn't work in Xubuntu. Is there a way I can make the terminal work so I can use it?

For any one who cares or might have the problem. If you want to use Kate under anything but kde you must install the 'konsole' package and kate will work like its supposed to.
