[SOLVED] kali linux 2.0 sofware and update(software-properties-gtk) show error and won't open

kali linux 2.0 sofware and update(software-properties-gtk) show error and won't open
i typed software-properties-gtk from the terminal and it shows up the following error.

methods i have already tried is reinstalling all the related packages by the following command:
