Kaffeine Install Problem Fc5, Qt Error

I have Fc5 and was trying to install the latest version of Kaffeine, I think it is 8.1. I run "./configure" and it errors out on the line checking Qt,

The error is:

checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.3 and < 4.0) (headers and libraries) not found. Please check your installation!
For more details about this problem, look at the end of config.log.

Now I installed the latest version of Qt and Qt-devel from Fc5 rpm repository, and still no dice. Anyone have any ideas?
