Kaffeine Error: The Following URL(s) Not Accepted

When trying to play some file I get the error "The Following URL(S) Not Accepted." I have the latest Win32 codecs. I could not find this error on the Internet. Anyone know how to fix this?

This sounds like the message I get on my Xine media player to the effect that due to patented and legal reasons the player cannot *legally* play certain files in certain countries, you did not specify what you were trying to play at the time of the message, that might also help to diagnose we do need more than "its broke how do i fix it"

Thanks for the reply.

The file was a .WMV file. It plays on Mplayer so I didn't consider locale or DRM to be an issue.
