Hello; i have installed Kaffeine, but i have some problem with the codec i download in this page, i dont know where put them
i found a site where they said me to copy all the codecs in /usr/lib/win32, i have done it but anything happens in when i launch kaffeine (the program run normally but the codecs i have installed seem not be installed)

Try putting them in /usr/lib/codecs or /usr/local/lib/codecs

Yes you have to create them if they don't exist.

I am having the same problem... I put the codecs into /usr/lib/win32. If you go into settings>xine engine parameters under codecs it says the path where the codecs are. This is set as the same path as above. I play a video and there is no video shown but it seems to be playing it. Any help is appreciated.
