k3b writing dvd problem (max 2x)


i use Slackware 10.2 and i have a samsung sh w162c
i try to burn datadvd with k3b and the max speed is just 2x; it cant see other speed just till 2x even the device is recognised well
the dma is on
please help

which speeds does your burner support?

it is possible to setup up the writing speed manually.

the speed is 16X for dvd+-
