k3b trouble

I am having trouble burning with k3b. How do you burn an iso to cd? (i downloaded ISOs of mandrake 9.2, and i need to burn them to bootable CD-Rs)

Also, i cannot find k3b setup, preventing me from properly burning while not root.

Well, when you first try to start k3b it tells you that you need to run k3bsetup so that you can run k3b without being root. So when k3b starts up select the Tools tab on the top row next to "help" and it should be the bottom choice in that list (K3B Setup) and right above it is "configure k3b".

First you want to do "K3B Setup" and then when it is setup you can configure it to your liking.

After this is done and you restart k3b, all you have to do is select "create data cd" and burn away.
