K3B problems with .mp3

I've got an everything install of Fedora Core 3 with K3B. I can get ogg files to burn to cds as audio, thats no problem, I really want to be able to burm mp3 to cd audio and I don't know what packages or libraries I need to install to enable this feature in K3B. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, at one point I downloaded the tarball and installed the newer version over the standard one that came with Fedora, but that didn't have the mp3 feature either. Someone please tell me what I need here. K3B has a check box for mp3, I just don't have package.

I had read that you needed to install the k3b-mp3 file from livna, but I've had zero luck with that. For some reason it added a MAD plugin, but no mp3.

Very frustrating
