Question k3b iso-9669 settings Version 0.12.15. Which one ?

Hi there,

i wonder which settins are the right settings for burning
an data-cd which is usable for windows and linux.

ISO Level 2 is recommended. I think this one is clear.

But can i burn RockRidge and Joliet on one CD ?

And how about the other settings ?

Thank you.

Yes you can have both on one CD, this is set within the Burn Menu-Filesystems Tab

File Systems
Generate Rock Ridge extensions
Generate Joliet extensions

Whitespace Treatment
No Change

Burn Menu - Advanced Tab

Allow 103 character Joliet Filenames
Allow 31 character ISO9660 filenames
Allow max length ISO9660 filenames (37 characters)
Omit version numbers in ISO9660 filenames

Thanks Lenard,
i was not sure about the advanced tab.
The thing with the joliet name. I thought if it is 103 lenght
i don't need the thing with 37 characters.

Thank you.
