K3b files don't play[SOLVED]

OK, I can't find an answer anywhere on the forum, so I'm posting here. Whenever I use K3b, I set the encoder to do quality 3 encodings, when I look at them, the file size is about 30 kb for a 4 minute song. When I encode a wave, the same thing happens. It didn't used to happen, and even with cdparanioa and oggenc separately I can't get it to work. When I execute
oggenc -b 64 -M 64 -m 64 whatever.wav
it says
Average bitrate: 0.7 kb/s
in the output. The wave doesn't play either BTW, so I think the problem is with cdparanoia. Any suggestions?

Solved the problem. It seems that K3b likes to change cdparanoia, so I just did a reinstall with RipperX instead, no everything is fine.
