K3B and drive permission

Using k3b to burn disc and first time i ran it well I had to log in as root and set permission.Well its not sticking and tired of having to do it over and over.I was told to check /etc/fstab problem is i'm new and not even sure what I'm supposed to look for.So question is what should be there for me to read and write to /ev/hdd

Here are the contents of /etc/fstab
# This file is edited by fstab-sync - see 'man fstab-sync' for details
/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol00 / ext3 defaults 1 1
LABEL=/boot /boot ext3 defaults 1 2
none /dev/pts devpts gid=5,mode=620 0 0
none /dev/shm tmpfs defaults 0 0
none /proc proc defaults 0 0
none /sys sysfs defaults 0 0
/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol01 swap swap defaults 0 0
/dev/hdd /media/cdrecorder auto pamconsole,fscontext=system_ubject_r:removable_t,ro,exec,noauto,managed 0 0
/dev/hdc /media/cdrom auto pamconsole,fscontext=system_ubject_r:removable_t,ro,exec,noauto,managed 0 0
What do I need to add so that the permissions stick and don't change back
