K Menu Editor

I am having a weird problem, I have been addin, deleting and renaming items in the k menu to better suit my needs using the k menu editor. For some reason I cannot get rid of the KWord entry no matter how I try. Does anyone know of this problem and perhaps how to solve it/bypass it? Any help is appreciated. I am using kde 3.3.1, KOffice 1.3.3 and am runnig SuSE 9.1 Personal
