K-Mail Sent Items not saved

I'm using K-Mail for my e-mail. When I send an e-mail message, it does not save a copy in the sent items folder. I haven't been able to figure out how to save copies of sent items in the sent items folder.

Its either in the configuration, a bug, or the directory or file does not exist and cannot be made without running KMail as root 1 time.

I'm connected to my Exchange server and all the folders are there and they all work, it just doesn't save a copy of e-mail messages that I send in the sent items folder. I think it is a K-Mail config setting but I can't find where to configure it in K-Mail. I've used this before in the past and it always saved a copy in the sent items folder but not sure why this installation doesn't.
