JukeBox & CD Recording

Hi,
I would like software to do the following:

Store electronic copies of my music collection.
To search for a track and then play it.
To create a compilation listing which is stored and can be searched for and played.
To copy the compilation listing onto a CD via a CD Writer on a networked Win95 PC.
(Great to have)The jukebox will be portable.

I see there are programs for ripping the CD tracks CDroast et al,
but how about an overall app which would allow me to create
a compilation CD listing from my stored tracks
which can be burned onto CD just by clicking "Create CD" for example..
I would imagine this app to have hooks to ripping and burning
software and also I need some sort of database for storing the tracks.
I suppose having the CD writer on a win95 PC is an added
complication.

What do people think??

people like to stay away from all-in-one applications on *nix. it goes to defeat the concept of teh modular operating system. if you find this application... and you don't like the burning part of the program... do you stop using the entire thing? most people prefer to pick nidiviaual applications, which are designed to do ONE thing REALLY REALLY well.

i use "grip" to rip cd's, and it works great. and actaully the author has created a seperate program called DigitalDJ which can communicate with Grip, letting Grip automatically insert data into the DDJ database, and can play from it.

There is always the MusicMatch JuekBox, but bpersonally i've seen *very* few pieces of software i've hated more.

Wow, I haven't used MusicMatch on Linux yet, but if it's that trashy, guess I will skip it.
