Ortro just created in August. Looks like they'd be happy to have guinea pigs er... I mean new users. It does sound interesting.

Looking around for other stuff I did see find something called CosBatch that claims to be a low cost alternative to TWS/Maestro:

Haven't used that so don't know how good either it or Ortro is. Ortro being open source might be the way to go if you don't have a budget.

There is a page on webmin that makes easy to manage cron lines for those who are new. But a Central Job Manager to manage 10-15 computers cron lists would be great.
