JCLs in Mainframes to UNIX Shell Script

Is there any software/ tool in UNIX to convert JCLs in Mainframe to UNIX Shell Scripts. This type of tool would be very useful during migration of projects from Mainframes to UNIX Environment.

By having such a tool there will not be any need for manually converting JCLs to UNIX Shell Scripts.

Please help me out if there is some way to do this.
