Javac not working in Mandrake version of Linux


I tried to run javac after compiling the first java program that I wrote and the prompot said that no command as javac. I ahve Mandrake 9 version running on my PC. Can someone tell me how to compile my program now.

you need to find where the java commands are located and add the location to the path.

for example if they are at /usr/java/bin you need to
