Question Java Runtime for Firefox. I have it set up on Mozilla...

Hey all,
I've just started learning java but came across a problem...I don't seem to have Firefox set up properly to use java. Everytime I try to run a java app I get the "Additional plugins are required..." when I try to let Firefox install it by itself nothing seems to change, even if i close the program and reopen it i still get the error. Out of curiosity i tried to use java on mozilla and it works find so i know i have the runtime thing installed, correct?

Thanks for any help! :-D
