*bump*

its clear that if i speak java then i need tomcat and if i speak php i just need apache.

what if i mix php with java? so far, i gathered this..

1) java sdk
2) php need to be configured with '--with-java'
3) tomcat to handle java request
4) apache to handle php
5) send the appropriate request to the appropriate webserver (java -> tomcat, php -> apache)

what else do i need? no 1 - 4 seems simple enuff. no 5 might be a bit tricky..

Sorry. I'm still trying to figure Tomcat/J2EE out. Haven't got to PHP yet.
