Jar Execution

I was able to execute the jar file perfectly yesterday, and today it seems like it don't want to open. I've tried redownloading it, with no luck.

It has chmod 777 and i tried java -jar name.jar
I also tried to run it from the given .sh file and it says there is not org.*******.application

I know it's there and working because I can run it from the source using netbeans, and can run it via Windows, but I need to open the jar on Ubuntu because it creates necessary files in another location.

Thanks for any & all help.
