jackd 0.99.0 + alsa 1.0.11 = xrun after every frame

After i updated my alsa-driver 1.0.10 to 1.0.11, jackd is producing "cracking" sound. Xruns are appearing very frequently (it looks like after every frame). Interesting note is that jackd does not register that, and does not print any errors :\
All other programs that do not use jackd are ok.

My system is Debian Gnu/Linux Etch amd64 with 2.6.15 kernel, sound module: snd-hda-intel, processor: AMD Athlon 64 3000+, RAM: 1000MB.
