J-Pilot syncing problem

I've been using J-Pilot with no problems for several months now. However, something seems to have corrupted my datebook conduit. If I try a sync including the datebook the syncing hangs on the datebook and then my Clie loses its connection with the computer. However, if I skip the datebook conduit, the sync happens without a hitch. Has this happened to anyone else? I think I could remove J-pilot and reinstall it, but I'd like to know if there is another solution. Thanks in advance.

I spent some more time messing around with it and I discovered that the databook.pbc file was corrupted. I deleted it and the snyc works fine now.
