I'm using FC3 with 2.6.12-1_1381 Kernel and PVR 150 card with IVTV 0.4.6 Driver.

I'm getting only video and no audio. pls help me in this,

I had the same problem, which was solved by fine-tuning the channels. You can try to find a list of the frequencies of the tv-stations in your region. Hopefully this helps...
