IVTV Driver Util Trouble

I just got my new Hauppauge WinTV PVR 250(Model 980) in the mail. The IVTV driver it needed installed fine. The device is at /dev/video2. If I cat /dev/video2 > test.mpg and play the file in mplayer I get static. So I assume I need to change the channel. With the IVTV package comes the ptune.pl program that should be able to change the channel for me. However, whenever I try to run it I get this error.

./ptune.pl --input /dev/video2 71
Ch.71: 505250 8084
Can't locate auto/Video/ivtv/mspMatrixSe.al in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.4/i486-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.4 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.4/i486-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.4 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at ./ptune.pl line 378

Googling for this gets me NO results. Please help me.
