Issues with mounted FAT32

Hello forun, i mounted a fat32 like adding this line to the fstab file
/dev/hdb1 /mnt/ddrive vfat users,owner,rw,umask=000 0 0

now i can RW the monted drive but some files and folders am notable to RW. And i cant change permitions even as root. This happens in some folders only. i dont know why.
this is an example of my list of files. as you can see the mp3 folder and some files are readonly for users other than root. how can i fix this??? i want tio make all the drive full access to everyone

Re: Issues with mounted FAT32

Try replacing this line in fstab

/dev/hdb1 /mnt/ddrive vfat users,owner,rw,umask=000 0 0

with this line

/dev/hdb1 /mnt/ddrive iocharset=utf8,umask=000 0 0

I got that from http://ubuntuguide.org/#automountfat
It's from the Ubuntu Guide, but it should work with all distros.
