Issue with exim4 upgrade on Debian - Packet Tracer EULA

I receive the following whenever I try to upgrade and dpkg --configure

Code:

-> % sudo dpkg --configure -a
Setting up exim4-base (4.84.2-2+deb8u4) ...

Welcome to Cisco Packet Tracer 7.0 Installation

Read the following End User License Agreement "EULA" carefully. You must accept the terms of this EULA to install and use Cisco Packet Tracer.
Press the Enter key to read the EULA.

Apt/dpkg then hangs.
Why is packet tracer eula coming up when trying to upgrade? How can I complete the upgrade?

Solved.

I uninstalled exim4-base and exim4-daemon-light.

Still strangle.
