ISO images over 4gb

The Kubuntu PowerPC DVD image is 4.17GB. I've tried using K3b to burn it but it keeps complaining that the ISO image is too big. Is there another way to burn this image?

Hi.

I'd just do it on the command line:
Code:
dvdrecord -dao driveropts=burnfree dev=<DVDBurnerDevice> --data /path/to/image.iso

I've had other things to take care of so I couldn't try this command til' now. It seems to burn the dvd, yet when I pop it back in to view the contents, nothing happens.

Could you elaborate on 'nothing happens'? Does the disc mount (is it listed in 'df')?

It doesn't mount, even if I try to mount it manually.

I found the problem anyways. The ISO I downloaded was corrupted. I downloaded the image again and it worked without a problem. Unfortunately, I was sharing out the corrupted image through bittorrent earlier, so their are probably a lot of people with a bad image and running into similar problems like I have just now. Sorry.
