ISO Burner Software for USB Thumb Drive

Guys, I'm currently booting Rescuezilla 2.2 (Focal) from my laptop's DVD drive; it works perfectly (I LOVE Rescuezilla), but it IS slow to boot up. I'd like to burn the Rescuezilla ISO to a USB thumb drive to see if it boots any faster.

Is there better (and easier) GUI ISO burning software available via the Linux Mint Software Center? ops:

Thanks, guys.
