iSCSI linux support

I am currently looking into a EMC FC san but, I have also come across net app which I would use iSCSI. I was wondering how reliable iSCSI is for linux hosts.

iscsi is pretty reliable on linux. probably the most common iscsi software for linux is the sourceforge linux-iscsi project which was started by Cisco engineers and is now included in a lot of the redhat and suse distros. netapp has supported a lot of these iscsi versions and participated in the project so you should have little to no problem if you use something like that. there's also iscsi hbas from people like qlogic that work on linux.
