Lightbulb Is there having new software replacement for OTRS

Now I'm using OTRS as support ticket collector but I need to replace OTRS with another software which having good functions than that, B'cos OTRS can not handle resolution time (open ticket time to close ticket time), I think it is needful for take support time.

Not sure I understand what your beef with OTRS is, or whether RT actually has
the feature you're after of the mill, but ...

I know what OTRS is. Whether RT "is better" than OTRS will depend
on what your needs are, or whether you're bright enough to get info
out of the underlying database if it's not part of the UI in either
of the applications.

Yha dude, I have used RT, but It is not compatible with requirement, Im using it for issue tracking inside my company. Now I need to tarck issues from outside customers. For that I used OTRS, unfortunately OTRS can not handle resolution time (time in between open ticket time to close ticket time). If it is there I could track the support time took from each issue separately.
So Now I finding new open source or free software.

Thanks

Nipuna
