Is there any php-based webmin-like administration tool ?

Dear everybody :

I am searching for a php-based or C-based administration tool and webmin-function like.
Because webmin use perl, and the size webmin+perl5 will exceed 100MB.
And my CF card only have 128MB ..... :-(
If you have any idea, please kindly tell me the infomation.......:-)

Best Regards and have a nice day !
